Gutting the house!

Here's a quick update after 3 days of working on gutting the house in New Harmony. We've got three rooms and the stairwell gutted and the dumpster is full!

Steve and I have just purchased a (soon-to-be) beautiful home in New Harmony, Indiana.

We have been looking at this house since March and finally bought it at auction on Wednesday.

We are happy to offer anyone and everyone the opportunity to learn or improve your home renovation skills.

Areas of study include: roofing, framing, drywall removal, repair and finishing, HVAC, insulating, painting, cabinet hanging, floor refinishing, paint stripping, painting, electrical rehab, plumbing, appliance installation, & window/door removal and installation.

Optional electives may include: tiling, fencing, trenching, landscaping, busting up concrete, & brick chimney removal.
